The Mermaid Dress Pattern Outline is for my subscribers to download and use. It will show what measurements and notes are needed to make an outline. There aren’t any written instructions, just a diagram to follow along.

There is a sample pattern included that has my sizes.

I am 5’3” with the following measurements:

Waist: 26”, Hips: 36”
